Sitting at my desk trying to think how to begin, the words come to mind, “God is so good.” It was seen and felt this past Sunday morning. God’s presence was so real and people were moved as He spoke to our hearts. That is what happens when we come and together as the family of God we lift HIM up in praise and worship. 

There are many things we look at from time-to-time and say, “that’s not a pretty picture.” Sometimes things happen that we were not expecting to take place. 1^1st Peter 1:13 tells, “prepare your minds for action,” and in verse 16 it says, “be holy in all you do.” These verses are ones that will get us through each day. Reading our bibles and other Christian material and listening to Christian music help do that very thing. Also daily prayer time with God will also keep our minds sharp and ready for action. 

As we do these things daily, it will help us to be holy in all we do. Troubles will still come our way, that’s part of life, but God will be with us through it all. The key is not to give up, but to continue to trust God. After all, it took Noah six months to find a parking place, so don’t give up!
