Hey!
Well another week has come and gone. I had the best time at Breakfast with Santa. I hope everyone else enjoyed it too! VeggieTales is great.
I am working hard to get all my work caught up so I won't be so stressed during Christmas time. It sure is a boomer to be in a hurry all the time. That's a great idea! Take a day, don't let the hustle and bustle get you down. Make the most of the season and remember what the season is really all about.
I hope your Christmas is the greatest ever!
Love ya,
Miss Beckie
SHOPPING
For most people, shopping is fun. But the initial rush of buying something wears off quickly. There's nothing wrong with buying stuff, just don't let it become more important than it should be. Money does not equal love. In other words, loving money is bad news. Being content is hard these days, with all the TV commercials and friends saying what you need to buy in order to be cool or happy. The only way to be really happy is to have a great relationship with God. To have Him in your life in a big way and put Him in first place before anything else.
People who want to get rich fall into temptation and a trap and into many foolish and harmful desires that plunge men into ruin and destruction. For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. 1 Timothy 6:9-10
